Who it's for

Higher education

A university content team often prepares material for several departments while a separate academic reviewer decides whether a revision can be used. The platform connects each learning item to a course definition and organization, then keeps its interactions, evidence and revision decision in the same trail. The administrator maintains the catalog; operators prepare material; reviewers assess a specific revision.

How EdTech Content Platform is set up for you

Course ownership

Give each program a code, effective period and responsible organization so the team can distinguish a revised course from a similarly named one.

Review handoff

Have the operator attach the supporting document and interaction outcomes before submitting a lesson to the reviewer.

Returned material

Assign a follow-up action with an owner and due date when a reviewer returns a revision.

Delivery record

Keep the result reference and attempt trace for material sent to an external learning system.

Start with one department and one course that already has a clear content owner. Enter its course definition, a lesson, a playback interaction and a quiz outcome. Attach the document that the reviewer normally uses to judge the lesson. Ask a different person to record the review decision and reason against that revision. Then return the item once, make a correction and show that the earlier decision remains visible.

Before expanding, agree the meaning of completion percentage and who verifies attached evidence. Decide which learning system receives approved material and which reference it returns. Test one failed or uncertain delivery result so operators know how to find the attempt and its step receipt. Use [the implementation sequence](/edtech-content-platform/implementation) to set the initial course and access scope.
