Who it's for

Training providers

A training provider may publish the same course program through different client organizations or delivery channels. The course catalog gives the content team a defined program context, while the learning content record retains its owner, revision and delivery reference. Interaction lines record playback and quiz observations that a reviewer can inspect before making a decision.

How EdTech Content Platform is set up for you

Catalog discipline

Use a course code and organization together to avoid assigning a lesson to the wrong program.

Interaction evidence

Record the source reference and outcome for each playback or quiz observation that matters to review.

Independent decision

Keep the reviewer’s approval or return tied to the exact source revision.

Correction ownership

Assign returned work to a person and record how it was resolved.

A training provider may publish the same course program through different client organizations or delivery channels. The course catalog gives the content team a defined program context, while the learning content record retains its owner, revision and delivery reference. Interaction lines record playback and quiz observations that a reviewer can inspect before making a decision.

Select a course with a short, familiar content cycle. Enter its catalog definition and a lesson that includes an interactive exercise. Record a successful playback line and a rejected quiz line, then attach a supporting document. Have the operator submit the item and a separate reviewer return it with a specific reason. Assign the correction and prepare a successor revision. The next reviewer should be able to see the earlier outcome and the changed item side by side.

For delivery, choose one external target and agree the reference it returns. Rehearse an attempt with a known result and one with an uncertain response. The operator should inspect the operation key and receipt before another attempt is requested. Agree who can read the delivery exception report and who owns contact with the external system.
