Create your account
Click Get started and create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure ELD / Hours of Service around the operating organization and a recognizable first load. Name the Dispatcher preparing the movement and the independent Transport Supervisor who will review its duty activity.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring the partner contact, driver eligibility evidence and vehicle identity. Add the promised delivery time and committed assignment window. Check the vehicle’s readiness and any defect repair evidence before dispatch.
Prepare a source duty interval with a clear driver identity, start time and duration. Agree the time zone and retain the provider reference with its evidence. Follow the implementation phases to rehearse submission, review and completion.
Review before release
Use separate preparation and review accounts. Test an overlapping assignment, a returned duty interval and a failed import response. Confirm that the import receipt can be traced and that the original delivery promise remains intact.
Have Auditor inspect the permitted evidence and explain any compensating action. Begin the live cycle when the responsible team can resolve these handoffs and identify who owns an unresolved case.
