Integrations

Agree the authoritative source for driver activity, fleet identity and external outcomes.

  • ELD / Hours of Service
  • Electronic logging provider
  • Fleet system
  • Transport partner systems

Systems to connect

  • Electronic logging provider. Set up the source connection for verified duty activity and provider record identities. Agree driver matching, duty state interpretation and timestamp handling. Statutory HOS calculations and device certification remain with the authoritative provider.
  • Fleet system. Connect the source used for vehicle identities, driver authority references and repair evidence. Agree which team maintains readiness when the source and the local operating record disagree.
  • Transport partner systems. Where carrier evidence arrives externally, agree how pickup, delivery and proof references reach the responsible Dispatcher. Retain the source identity with the load and its operation evidence.

How connections are governed

App Administrator establishes organization scope and membership for the connected work. Transport Supervisor agrees what evidence is sufficient for review and how discrepancies return to the responsible source. Keep credentials in the approved connection setup.

Use a stable operation identity for each action and compare the expected revision before accepting its outcome. Rehearse duplicate requests, delayed responses and a changed parent revision. Reconciliation reads existing effects and leaves unresolved discrepancies visible for review; a separate authorized correction governs any further action.

Begin with a limited source handoff during Implementation, then expand once the team can trace a complete interval import and a failed attempt.
