What you can do
Operations evidence in daily work
Every guarded action needs an observable effect. Operation Receipts keeps a stable operation key, the expected document revision, result state, time, any external reference, effect references and a failure reason. That lets an analyst distinguish a command that was accepted from one whose claimed effect actually exists in records. The operations overview ranks recorded exceptions for attention.
Record Attachments connects supporting files to the parent instruction and identifies the uploader, evidence type and visibility. Review Decisions captures a human decision separately. Together those records let an auditor trace a document from preparation through approval and provider confirmation without relying on a success message alone.
How the work is organized
- Stable action key. A repeated request refers back to its original receipt and effect.
- Persisted evidence. Check actual linked records before marking an operation complete.
- Visible discrepancy. Record the concrete reason when an effect cannot be found or reconciled.
What to agree during setup
Agree who works unresolved receipts, what evidence is visible outside the internal team, and how to escalate an external provider delay. Decide how long to wait for provider confirmation before treating a receipt as an exception. Bring one successful instruction and one uncertain provider response to the pilot.
Check the handoff on an actual case
A submission call returns late, and the preparer retries using the same operation key. The analyst opens the operation receipt and checks whether a provider instruction identifier and linked document state actually persisted. If both are present, the same action can be recognized without a second submission. If the provider reference is absent, the receipt moves to needs review with the discrepancy. The analyst investigates the provider before deciding what happened; a repeated verification does not send the instruction again.
Use the Operations Overview to sort recorded exceptions before opening the underlying receipt. A failed action needs its failure reason; a needs-review receipt needs the specific missing or conflicting effect. If the external provider later supplies a reference, compare it with the original instruction and receipt before clearing the item. An attachment may support the investigation, but its visibility setting matters when the team shares evidence. The Auditor can read the trail while the Operations Analyst works the exception. Keep the same operation key for repeated verification so the inquiry cannot accidentally submit a second instruction.

What it keeps track of
Data model- Operation receipts
- Idempotent operation receipts with stable operation keys and actual effect references.
- Record attachments
- Supporting documents attached to a banking instruction.
- Review decisions
- Independent approver decisions recorded against a frozen instruction revision.
- Accounting documents
- Typed banking instructions moving through authorization, submission and confirmation.
Who uses it
