  • Finance Manager: Find approved milestones with amount and engagement, and show overdue or disputed payments tied to them.

What stays with a person

  • The designated person decides whether a milestone is approved and whether collection is confirmed.
  • Proto can prepare the record context, but its recommendation does not replace the decision or the configured person's permissions.
  • Check the receipt of each workflow action and review a Failed result before retrying.
