Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe your engineering practice, the people responsible and the first engagement to configure.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one Active client with billing terms, an Active engagement with contract value and budget hours, the project manager and assigned engineers. Prepare a billable service line, time and expense examples, a deliverable milestone with amount and a corresponding payment. Identify the account, milestone and collection decision owners.
Review before release
Submit a valid service line and a line with a missing engagement. Confirm the valid line reaches Approved and the invalid line remains Submitted with a Failed receipt. Approve a valid milestone and one without an amount; confirm only the valid one reaches Invoiced. Mark a confirmed payment Received and find its Payment Record receipt. Check the Engagement Margin Desk against the engagement and linked source records. Rehearse role access and resolve mismatches before inviting more staff.
