Integrations

• Measurement source. Identify where the facility keeps its readings. Agree who enters the permit, date, value and unit in the measurement record and checks them against that source.
• Permit source. Identify who maintains permit identifiers and interprets applicable limits outside this app. Bring the relevant context to the reviewer with each reading.
• Evidence files. Add supporting documents to the assessment with a title, evidence type, upload date and visibility so the reviewer can inspect them.
• Filing process. Name the team and existing process responsible for any regulatory filing after review.

Give each source a named owner. Before submission, check that a reading belongs to the right organization and assessment and that its supporting file covers the same event. Keep the source material available to the Independent Reviewer. Agree how information moves between existing systems and the assessment during implementation.
