Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one site with a known field code and survey source. Agree its availability and area, then prepare a restoration cycle with a start and expected completion. Link a manager, surveyor, operator, reviewer and stock custodian to their user accounts. Plan a field task and gather any treatment lot details required for approval.
Review before release
Open a habitat capture from its site and verify the date, boundary and area. Have the manager approve a task after checking the site and cycle. Ask the operator to complete it and the reviewer to check a measured finding. Reconcile any treatment use against the chosen stock lot. Test an unavailable site, expired lot, missing unit and incorrect cycle reference before expanding to the next location.
