Bring a customer, supplier, products, a warehouse and opening stock. Agree price and payment terms, the unit basis, delivery title terms and approval owners. Run a quote into an accepted order, a purchase into an accepted receipt, and a partial shipment into an approved invoice and cash application.
Review before release
Compare source quantities and balances at each handoff. Rehearse a credit exception, rejected receipt quantity, delivery refusal and period close. Confirm role access and external evidence with the actual operators. Plan implementation and review permissions.
