How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Agriculture for your business. Begin with a recognizable field, a crop plan, an approved field task and representative harvest evidence. Agree the manager and reviewer responsibilities, then rehearse the operating cycle before expanding.
What does ERP for Agriculture cover?
Field readiness, crop planning, crop cycles, assigned tasks, observations, input lots and usage, harvest acceptance and yield grading. Business Overview shows crop stages, field readiness and an attention queue linked to the exact cycle. Start with the fields and seasonal work your team can review together.
Who approves field work?
Farm Manager reviews the task’s field, crop cycle and assigned person before moving it from Planned to Approved. Where the farm delegates task approval to Manager, configure that responsibility during setup. Field Operator’s execution command checks the assignment and eligible task state before writing.
What happens if an input lot fails a check?
The execution command checks every lot’s existence, unit, expiry and available quantity before posting usage or completing work. A refused request leaves the task, usage and stock unchanged. Farm Manager resolves the lot information or balance issue before the operator tries again.
Can an operator repeat a submission?
Task execution returns its original saved result. Crop planning recognizes the same field, variety and planting date; grading recognizes the same harvest and grade. Repeated harvest acceptance writes nothing. Check the saved result after an uncertain response and handle a changed measurement through the agreed correction procedure.
What closes a crop cycle?
Agronomy Reviewer’s harvest-acceptance command records the actual harvest date and checks remaining field tasks. It selects Harvesting while any tasks are open, or Closed when none remain open. If work remains after acceptance, Farm Manager follows those assignments and rehearses the later closing procedure during setup.
How are accepted and rejected weights recorded?
Each grade keeps accepted weight, rejected weight and unit against the exact harvest. Agronomy Reviewer agrees grade labels and compares compatible units. For a rehearsal harvest of 300 kilograms, compare 270 kilograms accepted and 30 kilograms rejected with the original quantity in the same unit.
Can we bring in weather or weighing data?
Choose the provider or device and configure its connection. Agree source identity, field mapping and units, then rehearse a repeated delivery and a refused measurement. Use the integration plan to assign ownership of the connection and its exceptions.
How do operators get the right access?
Link each staff record to its intended account, then test task execution as the assigned operator. Rehearse crop-plan and grading submissions with that account as well. Agree the records each person needs to read and test the source links used in review before widening invitations.
What drives the cost?
Manual work, machine activity, model usage and implementation follow ERP.AI’s pricing treatment. Estimate imports and command activity from the pilot and review pricing before expanding or adding connections.
