Create your account
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Agriculture for your business. Name the Farm Manager, Field Operator and Agronomy Reviewer for the pilot. Link each person’s staff record to the intended account and agree who handles access setup and delegated task decisions.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring a reviewed field register, crop variety and planting dates, an actual input lot with its unit and opening quantity, and representative harvest evidence. Follow implementation and the data-model import order.
Set up the review screens needed for the pilot. Prepare a manager-approved field task and test the assigned operator’s access. Rehearse crop-plan and grading submissions with the same account. Agree the source and units of any external measurements before importing them.
Review before release
Follow the saved plan and crop cycle through task execution, harvest acceptance and grading. Test invalid lot evidence, another operator’s execution attempt and repeated requests. Confirm that refusal leaves every affected record unchanged.
Compare harvest acceptance with unfinished tasks against a separate case with none remaining. Check the actual dates and reviewer identity, then follow Business Overview’s attention links into the correct cycle. Agree how the team handles corrections and unresolved work before opening the next operating cycle.
