Arable farms

An arable farm needs to identify the field behind a planting intention and follow the work that produces the harvest. ERP for Agriculture connects the field register with crop plans, crop cycles and assigned tasks. Use the farm's own field names and varieties so Farm Manager and Field Operator can recognize the same work from its record.

How Agriculture ERP is set up for you

Plan by field

Record the intended variety, planting date, expected harvest date and area against the selected plot. Farm Manager compares the planting intention with the field's recorded area and readiness before preparing work. Keep actual planting progress distinguishable from the planned date.

Approve the assignment

Farm Manager checks the field, crop cycle and assigned person before marking a task Approved. Field Operator executes the authorized task. Planting, Irrigation, Feeding, Inspection and Harvest work retain the same field and cycle context.

Follow actual input use

Retain the input lot and applied quantity through the task. Check the unit, expiry and available quantity before execution. If a lot fails, resolve the issue before trying again and verify that the refused request has left stock unchanged.

Review the harvest outcome

Field Operator records the actual date and quantity against the crop cycle. Agronomy Reviewer decides acceptance. The cycle remains Harvesting while field work is open. Review accepted and rejected weights with their declared unit when assessing output.

Pilot East Plot with a reviewed crop plan and a manager-approved Feeding task. Follow an actual input application into its saved usage and remaining lot quantity. Record a harvest with unfinished work, then compare its acceptance outcome with a separate case whose tasks are resolved. Rehearse an unauthorized operator and a repeated request before widening use. Farm Manager names the person who will resolve each open task after the harvest discussion.
