Pilot one entity, one plant warehouse or depot, a group of dealers and a normal week of orders, routes, deliveries, receipts, packing work orders and collections. Bring:

• Products with their bag and bulk units, lot control and cost standards.
• Warehouses and locations, with opening stock by lot.
• Dealers with credit limits, payment terms and the current price list.
• Suppliers with terms and verified bank details.
• Open dealer invoices, supplier bills and unapplied cash.
• The people who accept orders, decide credit, release routes and approve invoices and payments.

Run the exception cases: an order that needs a credit exception, a route with a refused stop, a partial delivery with damaged bags, a rejected receipt portion, a bank return and a work order closed with variance. Check that stock, dealer balances, supplier balances and the ledger agree after each one. Invite the pilot team with their roles, confirm who holds each decision and release the reviewed configuration. Expand to more depots or entities only after the first period closes cleanly.
