Click Get started and use Proto to configure ERP for Cosmetics. Invite the Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Purchasing Manager, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operator, Accountant and Finance Manager who will run the pilot. Confirm each person’s entity and warehouse scope before opening records.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one dealer, one supplier, a small active product range and one warehouse. Review product units, prices, terms, credit limits and authority rules. Load reconciled opening stock and balances. Then prepare an order, receive needed goods, approve and reserve the commitment, dispatch a partial delivery, invoice eligible scope and apply confirmed cash.
Review before release
Ask each owner to rehearse the ordinary path and one exception. Include a short supplier receipt, refused delivery, return, count variance and duplicate external event. Compare operational quantities with source stock events and financial postings. Review implementation, roles and pricing before expanding the rollout.
