A distributor serving dealer accounts can coordinate quotes, approved orders, stock and delivery. Sales Representative keeps the original promise visible while Sales Manager decides the accepted commercial scope.
Start with one active dealer, a priced stocked product and a warehouse that can fulfill part of an order. Sales Representative prepares the quote and submitted order; Sales Manager accepts the current revision. Reserve the available amount and have Warehouse Operator record an actual pick and delivery attempt.
Compare the line promise with the accepted, dispatched and delivered amounts. A refused portion remains an exception with a named owner. Accountant uses the title-transferred amount for the invoice while Finance Manager checks the decision. Extend to another dealer only after the first line, outstanding amount and exception reconcile.
Use [the implementation plan](/erp-for-electronics/implementation) to agree who enters the source facts and who may decide them. [The data model](/erp-for-electronics/data-model) shows the related records for importing dealers and stock.
For another order, Sales Representative can check the same dealer account while keeping its separate approved quantity and delivery promise. Sales Manager should see the current submitted revision and any credit exception before acceptance. This keeps each customer commitment tied to its own decision.
