Warehouse operations

How Electronics ERP is set up for you
Inbound receipt
Record arrived, rejected and pending quantities before the manager accepts any tranche into stock.
Interwarehouse transfer
Keep dispatched quantity in transit until the destination records its actual receipt.
Route execution
Match picks and stops to an approved route, then record accepted or failed quantities for each delivery line.
Warehouse teams follow the physical path from supplier arrival through accepted inventory, internal transfer, picking and delivery. Warehouse Manager approves release decisions; Warehouse Operator records what actually happened.
Choose a supplier purchase order and one receiving warehouse. Warehouse Operator records a partial arrival. Warehouse Manager checks the accepted tranche; compare the order remainder with stock actually available. Keep rejected goods outside available positions.
Move part of the accepted quantity to another warehouse. Warehouse Manager approves the transfer; Warehouse Operator records dispatch and a smaller destination receipt. Review the in-transit difference before a new reservation. Then pick against an approved dealer line, release the route and record the actual delivery attempt.
[The implementation plan](/erp-for-electronics/implementation) helps assign physical and approval owners. Use [the data model](/erp-for-electronics/data-model) to map warehouse, location and stock identities before import.
A later count should compare the observed position with the frozen scope of the count plan. Warehouse Manager reviews a variance before a stock adjustment, while Warehouse Operator retains the physical observation. The team can then explain why available quantity changed without rewriting the earlier receipt or transfer.
