Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an active dealer, supplier and small product set. Agree product units, prices, costs, locations, title rule and payment terms. Prepare a dealer order and supplier purchase, then record an actual receipt, pick and delivery. Include a partial outcome so the team can see the unresolved portion.
Review before release
