Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring a small set of saleable products and units, active dealer accounts, supplier terms, a price list and opening stock. Choose one representative order that needs purchasing, a partial shipment, an invoice and a partial payment. Agree the title rule, bank source and approval authority before running it.
Review before release
Reconcile the accepted order, actual stock, title-transferred quantity, invoice balance and cash application. Exercise an over-limit order, a rejected receipt portion and a failed delivery stop.
