Create your account

Click Get started and use Proto to configure ERP for NG os for your business. Identify the people who will maintain organization context, run programs, record field activity, prepare funding cases, review them and reconcile funding. Start with one program and a real project that those people can inspect together.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Gather the organization name and currency, program focus, project budget and dates, donor contact, supported households and current activities. Enter a draft funding case with its project, donor, amount and restriction. Submit it, have Funding Reviewer decide it, then check the decision history and operation receipt. Record a pledge or receipt fund event with its actual date and reference.

Review before release

Run Project Funding Reconciliation and inspect the project activity history, fund events and resulting receipt. Check access to beneficiary records and funding decisions with the people who own them. Resolve wrong project or donor links before adding more programs. The implementation guide describes the full setup sequence.
