Click Get started and use Proto to configure ERP for Paper & Pulp. Name the first legal entity and the people who will prepare and independently review customer orders, purchases, warehouse work and finance decisions.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one warehouse, a small active product range and a repeat customer. Bring the product units, opening stock, price list, payment terms and supplier details needed for that cycle. Prepare a quote and accepted order, then follow a partial delivery through invoice and actual cash receipt.
Review before release
Have Sales Manager check the order, Warehouse Manager check available quantity and route release, and Finance Manager check invoice approval. Compare the remaining order, stock and open invoice after the rehearsal. Resolve mismatches with the responsible person before adding more customers, sites or entities.
