How a Paper & Pulp ERP rollout works
Set up a small trading cycle, rehearse the handoffs and expand by entity and warehouse.
Confirm ownership
Choose the legal entity, warehouses, operating roles and independent decision owners.
Prepare masters
Review products, units, customers, suppliers, prices, terms, tax and account mappings before use.
Reconcile opening balances
Load stock positions and financial openings at one cutoff, preserving source identities and values.
Run a pilot order
Quote, approve, reserve, buy where needed, receive, pick, deliver, invoice and apply actual cash.
Review exceptions
Rehearse a partial receipt, partial delivery, return, rejected payment and count variance with the responsible people.
Expand the scope
Add the next warehouse or entity after operations and finance agree on the pilot result.
What the customer provides
Provide active customer and supplier details, products and units, current stock by warehouse and location, open commitments, bank evidence, opening balances and named decision owners. Agree which external systems supply shipment, bank and message outcomes. Set the original promise dates and source references for open work.
Changing it afterwards
Use reviewed versions for prices, products, terms, policies and posting profiles. Preserve accepted orders and posted transactions. Test a changed rule with a representative partial order before applying it more broadly. See roles and data model.
