Systems to connect
- Bank statements. Import actual bank lines with occurrence date, value date, amount and external reference before reconciliation.
- Payment delivery. Send reviewed payment instructions through the chosen banking connection and return settlement, rejection or uncertain outcomes.
- Customer and supplier communication. Connect offer, purchase and invoice delivery channels where the team needs evidenced sending.
- Warehouse events. Bring authenticated receipt, shipment or delivery facts from connected operating systems when those systems perform the physical work.
How connections are governed
The originating entity, external key and source evidence stay with each integration event. Retried messages must keep the same economic identity. A prepared or submitted outbound instruction remains distinct from an acknowledged and reconciled outcome. Assign an owner to unresolved events, and review their effect before retrying. See implementation for the pilot sequence.
