Distributors
A distributor carrying packaged products can follow dealer orders from quote through availability, purchase, dispatch and cash. Begin with the work the team already records and give each decision a named owner.
How Plastics ERP is set up for you
Dealer commitments
Use accepted order lines and original promise dates to separate sold, shipped and remaining quantities.
Warehouse availability
Keep owned stock by product, warehouse, location and lot where that identity matters.
Supplier replenishment
Raise requisitions and approved purchases against expected demand, then record accepted receipt tranches.
Delivery exceptions
Track route stops and actual accepted, refused or failed quantities before invoicing.
A distributor carrying packaged products can follow dealer orders from quote through availability, purchase, dispatch and cash. Begin with the work the team already records and give each decision a named owner.
Begin with a dealer quote that lists the selling unit, price, tax basis and expiry. Sales Representative records acceptance, then Sales Manager reviews the current order revision. If credit exposure needs an exception, Finance Manager decides it before the order reserves eligible stock. Keep the original promise visible when only part of the quantity is available.
Choose a supplier order that arrives in parts. Warehouse Operator records arrived, accepted, rejected and pending quantities separately. Only the confirmed accepted tranche should increase available stock or support bill matching. Accountant checks that the supplier invoice does not claim the same receipt quantity twice.
Plan one delivery with a refused line. Record dispatch and the actual result, then compare the invoiced amount with eligible title-transferred scope. Apply a partial cash receipt and keep the outstanding invoice balance open. If goods return, Warehouse Manager reviews the original line and physical disposition before any stock correction.
