Click Get started and use Proto to configure ERP for Rubber for your trading operation. Name the selling entity and the people responsible for dealer commitments, supplier purchasing, warehouse release and finance decisions. Give each person the access they need for that work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a warehouse, a small set of stocked products, a dealer and a supplier. Review product units, price list, payment terms, opening stock and original order promises. Enter a representative order that needs a partial purchase, receipt and delivery. Set the bank and carrier evidence connections used by that cycle.
Review before release
Rehearse independent order, purchase, route and invoice approvals. Confirm accepted receipt quantities become available, refused delivery remains unresolved and the invoice uses only eligible scope. Reconcile cash and the entity ledger at the cutoff. See implementation and roles for the full setup sequence.
