How a Rubber ERP rollout works
Configure one entity, warehouse and trading cycle before expanding.
Set the operating scope
Select a legal entity, warehouse, product group and representative dealers and suppliers. Name commercial, warehouse and finance decision owners.
Prepare masters
Review units, locations, prices, cost standards, terms, tax treatment, posting profiles and authority limits.
Move opening balances
Reconcile stock, open orders, receivables, payables and bank positions to a single cutoff before applying the migration batch.
Rehearse end to end
Submit and approve a dealer order, source a shortage, accept part of a receipt, ship part of the order, invoice and allocate actual cash.
Review exceptions
Exercise a refused delivery, a count variance, a supplier bill mismatch and a period close with independent decisions.
What the customer provides
Provide trading account and product records, price and unit rules, opening quantities and balances, bank and carrier connection details, decision owners, and actual source evidence for a representative cycle. Finance supplies the entity books and reconciled cutoff. Warehouse owners supply location and lot practices.
Changing it afterwards
A changed master or policy takes a reviewed effective version. An accepted order, posted stock movement or journal retains its historical basis. Use a successor revision or linked correction for material changes, then rehearse the affected work before broader use. Review roles, connections and the data model during setup.
