Systems to connect
- Bank statement source. Import actual bank movements for matching, reconciliation and disputed-line review.
- Payment destination. Submit a released supplier payment instruction and retain acknowledgment, rejection, uncertainty and settlement as different outcomes.
- Delivery carrier. Bring actual shipment or delivery evidence from the carrier when that is how the team receives it.
- Supplier communication. Retain actual send evidence for approved purchase orders and any external acknowledgment.
How connections are governed
Integration events retain a source, external key, kind, payload hash and verification status. The same economic event should apply once even when the source retries it. Integration deliveries retain outbound intent, submission, acknowledgment or uncertainty separately. A transport response alone does not settle a payment or establish delivery. Assign a person to reconcile uncertain events, and limit connected access to the entities and transactions it serves. See implementation.
