Systems to connect
- Bank statements. Import actual transaction lines, then match and reconcile them to receipts and supplier payments.
- Payment execution. Send approved payment instructions and retain the provider acknowledgement or rejection against the submitted instruction.
- Carrier events. Bring shipment and delivery confirmations into the relevant route stop, attempt and shipment line.
How connections are governed
An inbound event needs a source, external key, occurrence time and verified payload. A repeated event must resolve to the same economic effect. Outbound delivery records retain preparation, submission, acknowledgement and uncertain outcomes; a timeout requires reconciliation before retry. The responsible owner reviews disputed evidence rather than changing a posted document to make the screen appear complete. Agree identifiers and exception ownership during implementation.
