Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one upcoming event with a confirmed venue and a clear admission limit. Collect operator and exhibitor organization records, team members, the booth layout, attendee references and provider payment mappings. Name an Event Owner, an independent Event Reviewer and the coordinators who will operate booths and admissions.
Review before release
Create a draft event and follow it through review and opening. Submit a booth assignment, record the independent decision, and check space and verified capture evidence before completion. Reserve an admission line and repeat the scan to confirm entry is recorded once. Reconcile a provider timeout through its operation receipt. Close the event only after comparing admitted quantity with verified captures and reviewing any compensation.
