Multi-event operators
An operator running a calendar of exhibitions needs a stable owner for each event and a clear path from draft to close. The event schedule shows approved and open windows; the workboard separates draft, review and active work. Each event carries its own venue, capacity, admissions, booth assignments, decisions and payment evidence. Teams can inspect a selected event without treating an exhibitor organization as the operating owner.
How Exhibition / Trade Show is set up for you
Calendar control
Event Owner checks upcoming starts and ends before asking for approval.
Independent decisions
Event Reviewer records the decision and source revision for changed event or booth scope.
Exception handling
Finance Reviewer follows provider evidence and operation receipts when an action is uncertain.
Begin with two upcoming events managed by the same operator and hosted at different venues. Confirm organization time zone and venue eligibility, then assign a named owner to each event. Rehearse one approval, one returned review and one cancellation. Add a booth request to one event and an admission reservation to the other to check that parent selection is explicit. Use the operation receipt to investigate an uncertain provider result without rerunning external execution.
During a busy week, staff should know which calendar entry is selected before acting. Open the full record beneath the Events visualization and inspect its current revision and related evidence. Keep reviewer decisions separate from coordinator preparation. At closure, compare admitted activity to verified captures for that parent alone. A shared report can group by organization or venue, but each underlying decision remains attached to its event.
