Create your account

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Factory Energy Management for your business. Identify Admin and Energy Manager, and choose the factory site for the first operating cycle. Confirm the people who collect observations and authorize maintenance work.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring the site timezone, meter register and a sample of observations with their quality flags. Include an effective tariff, a recognizable work order reference and an operating event. If the first cycle includes factor review, provide the source citation and the effective basis selected by Sustainability Analyst.

Agree who corrects rejected records and who reviews the correction. Use a real negative or incomplete example from your preparation material alongside an ordinary accepted case. Configure connections only after the team has agreed the source identifiers and date conventions.

Review before release

Have each person rehearse their work with their own account. Energy Manager reviews readings and consumption intervals, Maintenance Coordinator authorizes the assigned task, and Technician records actual completion. Cost Analyst explains the allocation and rate basis. Sustainability Analyst locates the cited factor source and checks its applicable period.

Use the implementation phases to confirm the first cycle and Pricing to review usage and rollout terms.
