How a Farm Management System rollout works

Start with one field, one crop and a complete work and harvest rehearsal.

  1. Identify the field

Set field codes, names, locations, areas and availability values with Farm Manager.

  2. Create the crop cycle

Record crop, variety, planting and expected harvest dates on a representative field.

  3. Assign the crew

Link People to Users, then assign a task to the right person and cycle.

  4. Review work and stock

Check the lot unit, balance and expiry; let Farm Manager approve the planned task.

  5. Review harvest evidence

Record dated quantity, unit and grade, then let Harvest Reviewer inspect the live record.

What the customer provides

Bring the field register, current crop plan, people and user accounts, active input lots and a representative harvest. Agree who owns field status, task approval, stock corrections and harvest review. Set a shared convention for units and field codes before migrating more work.

Changing it afterwards

When a field, assignment or quantity changes, return to the linked source record and review the effect on open work. Rehearse the changed case before using it for the next cycle. Keep the roles and data model close to the operational decision.
