Pick one common membership plan and load its active enrollments with checked opening balances. Schedule the next set of sessions and process a request from a member with a remaining session. Rehearse a second request from a paused member and a repeated check-in against the first booking. Compare the enrollment's consumed and remaining sessions with attendance after each case.
The studio should settle who corrects a balance and how a member is told about an expiry or pause. Payment status is separate from plan status; a confirmed receipt does not by itself show that an enrollment is active. Link each receipt to the member and booking so a later account question can be investigated without guessing from the amount.
