Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an active organization and location. Add an item with its base unit and a released lot with an expiry date. Create a stock request with an owner and required date, then rehearse review, an eligible reservation, a posted movement and a linked operation receipt. Submit an allocation against that parent request.
Review before release
Have a different person inspect the allocation revision and stock evidence. Check that a changed request needs a fresh decision, a repeated operation key does not post twice, and an open receipt remains visible for follow-up. Confirm where an external distribution acknowledgment will come from before marking the allocation complete. Use implementation for the setup sequence.
