Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a form with one conditional required answer. Record its field policy, schema version and owner. Validate the definition, prepare a reviewer decision and test both a complete submission and one that should be returned. Keep evidence and any due action linked to the form.
Review before release
Ask the Form Owner, Independent Reviewer and Operator to open the same case. Confirm that they can identify the source revision, decision, submission outcome and operation result. Use implementation for the rollout sequence and pricing to plan usage.
