How a Form Builder Platform rollout works

Set up one form revision and rehearse its review and publication handoffs.

  1. Choose the pilot

Select an organization, owner and recurring form whose decisions can be reviewed with a real case.

  2. Define the schema

Record the field policy, mapping, required setting, condition expression and validation rule.

  3. Assign people

Identify the Form Owner, Independent Reviewer, Operator, Evidence Verifier and Follow-up Assignee.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Validate a definition, record the revision decision and test complete and incomplete submitted lines.

  5. Inspect the trace

Open the operation run, numbered steps, state history and any due follow-up action before expanding use.

What the customer provides

Bring the current form questions, an example of a conditional answer, the owning organization, a named owner and the evidence a reviewer needs. If an external source contributes values, provide its source field names and agreed target fields. Choose a person who can decide whether a revision is acceptable.

Changing it afterwards

Create a successor Draft revision for a changed form. Keep the previous revision and its decision and operation records available for older submissions. Review the new revision before the operator publishes it. See data model for record links and roles for the access rehearsal.
