Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure Fund Accounting around your organization, accounting calendar and finance decision owners. Start with one operating cycle that has a source bill, fund decision and payment evidence.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring the organization, partner, donor, ledger accounts and open accounting period. Choose one partner bill with coded lines, its invoice attachment and a restriction decision to review. Add a donor invoice with a known due date. Give the Controller and Treasury Analyst the supporting material they will need to make their separate decisions.

Review before release

Walk the bill from draft to pending approval, review its fund restriction, then use the native approval action on an eligible case. Schedule and release a linked payment and check the operation result before bank reconciliation. Issue the donor invoice and inspect a partial collection. Review implementation, roles and pricing with the team.

Set up Fund Accounting your way.
