How a Guest Feedback & Reviews rollout works
Set up a property, rehearse a stay and check each handoff before wider use.
Choose the operating scope
Start with a property, its bookable units and the people who own desk, service and finance decisions.
Set the master records
Load parties, team members, units, dated rate plans and effective exchange rates as needed.
Rehearse a stay
Request and confirm a reservation, check in, assign work, add an outlet booking, record charges and reconcile a payment at checkout.
Test exceptions
Try an overlapping stay, an oversized party, a late outlet charge, a pending payment and a unit that fails its cleaning check.
Expand carefully
Add more units and outlets after the team can explain every state and financial handoff in the pilot.
What the customer provides
Provide unit names, types and capacities; the current rate plans; staff identities and responsibilities; and the rules for posting, voiding and acknowledging an outstanding balance. Decide which external system confirms payments and how outlets relay charge evidence. Give the team a sample stay with realistic arrival, outlet activity and departure details.
Changing it afterwards
Review how a changed rate, reassigned task or voided charge affects the linked reservation. Retain the original source reference and a clear owner for each correction. Rehearse changed operating rules on a sample stay before applying them to active work. Continue with roles and the data model.
