Integrations

• Payment source. Supply payment references and confirmed or refunded outcomes to the guest payment record.
• Booking channels. Agree how externally received stay requests become reservations with a party, unit and interval.
• Outlet systems. Agree how a restaurant or spa sends booking detail and charge evidence for the correct stay.
• Accounting. Decide how posted charges and confirmed payments are transferred for financial close.
• Rate source. Establish the owner of dated nightly plans and effective exchange rates.

Give each source an owner and an identifier that can be traced to the reservation. Repeated delivery of the same source event should resolve to one recorded outcome. Keep Pending payments separate from confirmed money until the source confirms them. Test a rejected, repeated and corrected event before relying on an external feed in checkout.
