How a Homestay / B&B Management rollout works

Start with one property cycle and test each handoff on a real-style stay.

  1. Define the property

Confirm unit names, capacity, types and status ownership. Set the dated rate plans used by the team.

  2. Bring in guests and stays

Match Parties to Reservations and verify guest, unit, arrival, departure and current status on a small sample.

  3. Set staff access

Link People to Users and rehearse desk, manager, finance and review permissions.

  4. Walk the stay

Confirm a request, handle arrival, assign a service task, review outlet activity and compare charges with confirmed payments.

  5. Release a unit

Rehearse checkout, Cleaning and inspection before setting a unit Available for another guest.

What the customer provides

Provide the current unit list, operating capacity, rate periods, upcoming stays, guest contact records and staff owners. Bring examples of a changed booking, a pending receipt and a same-day turnover. Agree who records each status change and what evidence finance and reviewers need before their decisions.

Changing it afterwards

Review a changed unit or date against other reservations before confirming it. Keep charge corrections and payment confirmations traceable to their source. Update access when staff responsibilities change, then test a full stay again before expanding to another property or outlet. See the data model for the links to preserve.
