Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one entity, country and payroll calendar. Bring a small employee population with positions, managers and employment types. Enter a weekly timesheet with regular and exceptional hours and a leave request with a current balance. Set the approver for each case.
Review before release
Have the named approver inspect submitted time and leave. Payroll Admin prepares the run and checks employee statements and lines; Admin records the pay decision. Reconcile the run’s period and totals with the underlying employees before adding another calendar or entity. See implementation for the staged rollout.
