Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a facility and a group of employees. Add their organizations, positions, managers, license definitions and current clinical assignments. Bring the source references and expiry dates that a reviewer needs. Then choose one requisition, one leave request and one payroll calendar to rehearse the wider HR handoffs. Follow the implementation plan for the loading order.
Review before release
Have one person prepare a clinical assignment and another review its evidence and current revision. Return a case with a missing source response, assign follow-up and check the next decision. Confirm that managers see their submitted time and leave work, and payroll staff can explain a run from its statement lines.
