Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a department with remote and hybrid employees. Enter its locations, positions, employees and payroll calendar. Rehearse one requisition and offer, then assign onboarding work. Submit a leave request and timesheet and prepare the relevant pay statement. Check the Employees page by department and open an individual detail to verify the same person is linked throughout.
Review before release
Ask each role to perform its real task and inspect the result. Confirm that a recruiter can maintain the hiring trail, an employee can enter their permitted records and Payroll Admin sees the right pay period.
