Take one open requisition through candidate review and an offer. Prepare a joining checklist. Have one employee submit leave and a weekly timesheet; review the pay statement for the period and any course enrollment assigned to that employee.
Review before release
Check the accepted offer against the employee record, confirm the approver on leave and time, and trace the pay statement lines to the run totals. Have a payroll specialist validate the local rules and the named person approve the run. Confirm the actual payment and filing outcomes before closing the period.
