Click Get started to open HRMS with AI Chatbot. Assign the HR Business Partner, Recruiter, Payroll Admin, L&D Admin, Employee and CHRO / VP People roles to the people who will use them. Confirm that each person can open only the records needed for their work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one department, position and payroll calendar. Enter the current employee assignments and one open requisition. Rehearse an application, interview and offer; then create the worker’s onboarding checklist. Ask an employee to submit leave and weekly time. Prepare a payroll run for the chosen period and check its statement detail.
Review before release
Have the responsible people decide the requisition, offer, leave, time and payroll approvals. Compare the resulting employee record with the accepted offer, and compare the run total with its statements. Check a worker’s access to their own records and the specialist roles’ access to their work. Use the implementation plan to record the remaining setup decisions.
