Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one organization and reporting unit. Confirm employee, position and effective history records, then set the as-of date. Agree the headcount population, movement period, hiring cost source and small-group threshold. Add measure lines and supporting references for the first snapshot.
Review before release
Reconcile the values, ask a named reviewer to decide on the current snapshot revision and resolve any returned finding. Publish the reviewed result, then use the same definitions for the next reporting cut. See the implementation plan and data model for the setup sequence.
