Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one source-to-destination exchange with known source identities. Record the organization, endpoint profile, mapping rules and definition schedule. Validate the revision, review the fixed mapping version and enable the approved work. Run a small scope and compare its receipt, per-scope outcome and watermarks with the destination result.
Review before release
Rehearse a failed or uncertain attempt and identify who investigates it. Check that a follow-up can be assigned and that correction creates a successor revision without erasing the earlier receipt. Use the implementation plan and roles to agree the continuing handoff.
