Integrations

A kit can be planned and recorded locally while its supplier, carrier or finance exchange is connected during rollout. The local source record remains the place to reconcile what the team intended and what the external party acknowledged.

  • Bank statement source

Systems to connect

  • Carrier service. For an external-carrier shipment, agree how the team sends dispatch details and receives delivery evidence. Keep the carrier reference on the shipment; a reference alone does not confirm carrier activity.
  • Bank statement source. Import actual bank statement lines for reconciliation. Match them to local cash or payment records before treating a settlement as confirmed.

How connections are governed

For any outbound connection the team configures, integration deliveries record the destination, payload identity, attempt state and provider key when one is returned. A timeout needs reconciliation because the destination may already have acted. Agree who owns each connection and who checks failed or uncertain attempts. Retain the local operation receipt and source record with the attempt so a retry cannot duplicate an economic event. Review these boundaries during implementation.
