Bring one active matter with its counterparty, one custodian hold, a supporting attachment and a deadline. Record the conflict decision and submit the hold revision. Have the reviewer return or approve it, then inspect any recorded operation receipt and reconcile it with the decision. Include a failed case so the team knows how to investigate exceptions.
Review before release
Check the parent matter link, decision date, source revision and operation result together. Test restricted subject access with an unrelated staff account. Agree how external issue and collection evidence will be reconciled with the case before expanding the rollout. Plan implementation.
