A legal operations coordinator may prepare the preservation work while counsel makes the review decision. Use a returned decision in the pilot to check that the coordinator can revise the instruction without overwriting the earlier reason. If a guarded operation has a failed receipt, the Matter Owner should find it from Operations Overview and assign the next investigation. Compare the receipt with the original decision before retrying the action.

The team should confirm that the parent matter, review reason and any recorded receipt can be found without relying on a separate conversation.
